Shipping and Delivery

 

Shipping

We ship our coffee to any address in the UK (including Northern Ireland). At the moment, we are unable to ship outside of the UK.

We use Royal Mail or DPD to carefully deliver our coffee to you.

We believe in fair shipping costs – these are calculated automatically dependent on weight at checkout.

Our standard shipping is Royal Mail 48 hours untracked. Our rates vary dependent on weight. For orders up to 1kg we charge £2.50, for orders over 1kg we charge £2.90.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £20. This will be applied automatically at checkout.   

 

Your delivery

Once you’ve placed your order, you should expect delivery of your coffee within 48 hours from order dispatch. You can check if your order has been dispatched by logging in to your account.

We will keep you notified of your order status via the email address provided.

In extraordinary circumstances you may experience a delay of up to 28 days between dispatch and receiving your order. If your order hasn’t been received within 28 days please contact us on orders@ueshimacoffeecompany.com quoting your order number.

Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email or by logging into your online account.

 

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order up to the point of dispatch
  • To cancel your order email orders@ueshimacoffeecompany.com who will confirm if cancellation is possible. You can log in to your account to see the status of your order
  • On cancellation, your refund will be processed to the payment details provided (this can take up to 10 days from refund being approved)

 

Returns

Coffee is a perishable natural product, so we are unable to accept returns on coffee orders. If there has been an error with your order, please contact us at orders@ueshimacoffeecompany.com within 28 days of your purchase quoting your order number.
