Ueshima Espresso Martini ingredients: 

  • 50ml of Nigori sake
  • 30ml of Amaretto
  • 20ml of Kahlúa
  • 2 tsp milk foam
  • Ueshima ground coffee


Steps
1. Brew yourself a fresh espresso with your ground coffee
2. Refrigerate your freshly brewed coffee for 15 mins
3. Pour 60ml of your cooled espresso into your cocktail shaker
4. Add 50ml of Nigori sake
5. Pour 30ml of Amaretto
6. Add 20ml of Kahlúa
7. Add ice and milk foam before shaking
8. Pour to perfection and enjoy!
