Cherry Blossom Latte Recipe

As we come to the end of the Cherry Blossom Season, which as you know from our recent blog on the Spring Equinox, is such a beautiful and celebrated time of year in Japan, we thought we'd share one of our favourite seasonal recipes for you! 

The Cherry Blossom Latte. It is blooming delicious!

Here's what you'll need:

- 2 heaped 2.5ml teaspoons of Sakura Powder
- 1 pump sugar syrup
- 200ml milk of your choice
- Ice

Mix the sakura powder with a little boiling water to make a thick paste. Mix in your sugar syrup.

Add plenty of ice to a tall glass and pour over your milk. Add your Sakura mixture to the milk.

Stir and enjoy! 🌸
