Refunds and Exchanges

All refunds to which you are entitled shall be made to the method of payment on which the original purchase was made within 30 days of UCC receiving your request for a refund and (where requested) any proof that we ask you to provide that the goods are faulty or have been misdescribed.

Where goods have been faulty and/or misdescribed, we also reserve the right to offer a replacement item of similar or equal value.

Returns, errors and cancellations

If there has been an error with your order, please contact us at: orders@ueshimacoffeecompany.com within 28 days of your purchase quoting your order number.

 The general right to cancel or return goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to perishable goods (such as coffee) unless faulty or damaged, so we regret that we are unable to allow you to cancel your order other than where we have not yet dispatched the goods – please see our Website for further details (https://www.ueshimacoffeecompany.com/pages/delivery).
