We use Royal Mail or DPD to carefully deliver our coffee to you. We believe in fair shipping costs – these are calculated automatically dependent on weight at checkout.

Our standard shipping is Royal Mail 48 hours untracked. Our rates vary dependent on weight. For orders over £20, we send via Royal Mail tracked.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £20. This will be applied automatically at checkout.

If you wish to return this product, you may do so within 28 days of the despatch date, with proof of purchase.

It is your responsibility as the customer to inspect merchandise products upon delivery. We cannot accept returns or refunds of breakages after 28 days of the despatch date.

The item(s) must be returned in a sellable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price you paid back within 14 working days. Please keep your proof of purchase safe, we cannot refund you without this.
